Once the terms are set, we take photos, measurements, and write descriptions for each item. The items are listed on an auction platform for 7-10 days, with promotion via Facebook, Estatesales.net, and email. Bidders place their offers, and the highest bidder wins. Our team manages all transactions and handles customer inquiries.
Our team takes care of payments and will issue your payment within 10 days of the auction ending. You will receive an itemized list of items and transactions for your records, providing complete transparency.
